Continuing its investments in the service sector, Demireller started a four-star hotel project in Ereğli, Konya in 2012.

In 2014, they opened the Mirel Hotel, the newest and most comfortable hotel in Ereğli center, offering 65 rooms across 7 floors. The hotel includes a Meeting Room, Terrace Restaurant, A La Carte Restaurant with a capacity of 100 people, Lobby Bar, Business Lounge, and a Game Room.
